Exchanges

Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the order.

To qualify, the item must be unused, unwashed, free from wear, damage, stains, or alterations, and returned with all original tags and packaging.

Sale and clearance items are not eligible for a size or preference exchange unless they were received defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Refunds

We do not offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference.

A refund may be approved when an item arrives defective or damaged, or when the wrong item was delivered. Approved refunds are normally processed within 7–10 business days. The available refund method will be confirmed by our support team.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was defective, damaged, or incorrect.
